That's doesn't take away the massive skeletal, muscular, lung capacity,
etc advantages of a male that has gone through puberty. Lia Thomas was a middling male swimmer who transitioned (presumably with a year of testosterone suppression therapy) and immediately won a women's NCAA individual title. At 6'1" (and I've seen her height reported as high as 6'4") with broad shoulders, long arms, man sized hands and feet. It's not fair to the women.
